All orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders are shipped First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. Shipping price varies based on the items you order and shipping method. To find out how much shipping is, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You won't need to enter your billing info or place your order to find out the shipping cost. Just enter your shipping address during the first step of the checkout process, then proceed to the second step of the checkout process to see the different shipping options and prices.

Canada & Mexico Orders (Kineda recommends Priority or Express for fastest and safest shipping)
Canada & Mexico Orders are shipped with delivery tracking and confirmation for Priority Mail and Express Mail only. First Class International does not offer delivery tracking or confirmation. We will be unable to assist you with a lost package in the case of First Class International shipping. Buyer assumes additional risk when selecting the less expensive First Class International shipment option.
We're sorry, all other international orders are not accepted due to North America licensing restrictions.
DUTY & VAT TAXES (CUSTOMS FEES for Canada & Mexico) – These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order and are the responsibility of the buyer. Kineda has no control over custom fees and does not collect any of these fees. The custom fees are calculated by your destination country and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on your country, different fees will apply to certain items.
