Shirts

What kind of shirts do you print on?
All designs are printed on American Apparel 100% cotton ringspun t-shirts and are manufactured and printed in the USA.

I'm not sure what size to order.
American Apparel are fitted tees. Please check the size chart, to determine which size to order. When in doubt, order a size up to avoid an overly snug fit.

Are the designs ironed on?
No, all designs are professionally screen printed, and then baked using a proprietary super matte ink that's smooth to touch.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business day via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing via USPS Express Mail. All orders come with delivery confirmation and a tracking number.

Why is international shipping so expensive?
Kineda used to ship by Priority Mail International which was much cheaper (almost half), but packages always went missing and customers complained they never received their shirts. Since there's no way to track packages using Priority Mail International, we made the switch to Express Mail International which is much costlier unfortunately. Canada/Mexico - $30 flat rate All other countries - $35 + variable weight fees

Payment

What types of credit cards do you accept?
Kineda accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to buy from the store?
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, but if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
